• Acknowledge the accurate estimation of port cost for the appointment, relevant port and berth information and estimated vessel schedule.
• Fully communicating with Master of all requirements which related to Customs, port and terminal and ensure her arrival is established legally and checking all flow in order to avoid any delays to vessel.
• Liaise with vessel to make sure she is ready for loading nominated cargo as requested.
• Daily update notify to relevant parties regarding status of the impending vessels arrival.

• For inward clearance, attend the vessel physically after vessel ALLFAST/berth alongside at jetty and ensure both Master and terminal are all aware of the cargo and vessel requirements while in port.
• For LOADING Procedure, ensuring maximum cargo loading within contract tolerances through ongoing communication with the Port Authority & terminal.
• For vessels DISCHARGING, provide assistance with detailed planning of port authority or terminal rotation, to achieve optimum vessel turnaround attending pre-discharge survey with authorities when applicable
• Daily updates of vessel loading/discharge progress are provided.
• For outward clearance, attend the vessel physically prior to departure, to make sure correct cargo has been loaded or discharged as well as completion of documentation & accuracy of timesheet.

After the vessel has sailed from port, we:

• Immediately email all loading documents in .pdf format
• Dispatch disbursement accounts by courier with original invoices soonest once available.
• Compile documents to Letter of Credit standards and present to bank (if required).
